We offer Free Shipping within the contiguous United States.

At NookPetdia.com, we want you and your cat to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Return your product within 30 days for a full refund. We cover the cost of shipping & returns (provided the item meets our return eligibility conditions), and there are no hidden or restocking fees.

Please note: Free return shipping does not apply to orders outside of the contiguous USA.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. If you or your cat are not satisfied, please contact us within this timeframe. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a free return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in like-new condition, free of pet hair or damage, and in original packaging.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • You must provide the Order Number or proof of purchase.
  • Note: Items that are damaged due to customer negligence or misuse will not be accepted for a refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at customerservice@nookpetdia.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately.

4. Return Procedure

To make the return process as efficient as possible, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Request a Return Label Before sending any products back, please contact us at customerservice@nookpetdia.com. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: Receive Your Label If your return request is approved and within the contiguous USA, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label.
  • Step 3: Pack & Ship Secure the product(s) and all original packing materials in a plainly wrapped cardboard box. Attach the shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
    • Return Shipping Costs:
      • Contiguous USA: We cover the cost of return shipping.
      • Outside Contiguous USA: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • If rejected: We will contact you to explain why the item did not meet the return conditions.
